Please enter the email address connected to your account, click “RESET PASSWORD”, and you will receive an email with a password reset link. The password reset link works without problems in either Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
If using Safari, make sure that “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” in “Settings -> Safari” is unchecked before opening the reset link, or it won’t work.
